ATF Seizes Customer Records In California Raid

March 21, 2014 – A customer list containing the names of over 5,000 people was seized in a San Diego, Calif. gun store in a raid by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). The store sells gun parts that can be used to assemble an AR-15 rifle. The owner of Ares Armor initially refused to turn over customer records, citing privacy concerns, which prompted the raid. RT’s Ramon Galindo reports on the raid and concerns of the store owner.
