Classified Evidence: US Soldiers Raped Boys In Front Of Their Mothers

(TheAntiMedia) According to a number of global mainstream media sources, the Pentagon is covering up a disturbing video that was never made public with the rest of the recent torture report.

According to various well respected journalists, including Seymour Hersh, the appalling video was recorded at Abu Ghraib, the notorious US torture dungeon in Iraq that made headlines roughly a decade ago, when the inhumane tactics being used at the prison were exposed.

Sadly, it seems that the evidence released years ago was only scratching the surface.

While the video has remained under wraps thus far, Hersh says it is only a matter of time before it comes out.

Giving a speech at the ACLU last week after the senate torture report was initially released, Hersh gave some insight into what was on the Pentagon’s secret tape.

In the most revealing portion of his speech he said that:

“Debating about it, ummm … Some of the worst things that happened you don’t know about, okay? Videos, um, there are women there. Some of you may have read that they were passing letters out, communications out to their men. This is at Abu Ghraib … The women were passing messages out saying ‘Please come and kill me, because of what’s happened’ and basically what happened is that those women who were arrested with young boys, children in cases that have been recorded. The boys were sodomized with the cameras rolling. And the worst above all of that is the soundtrack of the boys shrieking that your government has. They are in total terror. It’s going to come out.”

“It’s impossible to say to yourself how did we get there? Who are we? Who are these people that sent us there? When I did My Lai I was very troubled like anybody in his right mind would be about what happened. I ended up in something I wrote saying in the end I said that the people who did the killing were as much victims as the people they killed because of the scars they had, I can tell you some of the personal stories by some of the people who were in these units witnessed this. I can also tell you written complaints were made to the highest officers and so we’re dealing with a enormous massive amount of criminal wrongdoing that was covered up at the highest command out there and higher, and we have to get to it and we will. We will. You know there’s enough out there, they can’t (Applause). …. So it’s going to be an interesting election year.”

Put into context with another speech that Hersh gave earlier this year, it becomes clear that the women who witnessed these young boys being raped were actually their mothers.

At a speech in Chicago this past June Hersh was quoted as saying:

“You haven’t begun to see evil… horrible things done to children of women prisoners, as the cameras run.”

Other stories at the London Guardian also talked of young Iraqi detainees getting violently raped by US soldiers.

Ten years ago when the initial Abu Ghraib scandal was in the news, the Guardian published the testimony of an Abu Ghraib detainee who allegedly witnessed one of these brutal attacks.

Former detainee Kasim Hilas said in their testimony that:

“I saw [name blacked out] fucking a kid, his age would be about 15-18 years. The kid was hurting very bad and they covered all the doors with sheets. Then when I heard the screaming I climbed the door because on top it wasn’t covered and I saw [blacked out], who was wearing the military uniform putting his dick in the little kid’s ass, I couldn’t see the face of the kid because his face wasn’t in front of the door. And the female soldier was taking pictures.”

Now, over a decade later the evidence of these events are beginning to surface, but the Department of Defense is still doing their best to keep it under the radar. That is why now more than ever, it is important to keep the pressure on and force the release of this evidence, while the torture report is fresh in the minds of the general population.

These men are pervs and don't even deserve to be called men. Their little pedo's and shouldn't be allowed in the Military.

The rule of law in this country is meaningless, Anyone who still has faith in military, police, and the legal system is a criminal…..those of us who see the truth and live the truth, are labeled criminals even though we are not….I believe it is far past time to take back what is ours…the FBi and interpole, tracks people down and puts them in prison for torturing children in such a way, under the guise that they are helping the world…..while the American Government commands its soldiers and hides evidence toward the fact that it actually condoned child rape……..Its time to end the hypocrisy, Its far past time that we take back what the real terrorist (U.S Government) have taken from us………demand it NOW!!!!

  14. Kenzo Suzuki Okay, let me clear this up so that everyone will know where I stand and the misunderstanding will end. I don't support these solders doing this. I think that is sick what these solders did in this video. Even though we haven't yet seen the video. The woman should be hung for taking a degrading video of poor children getting raped by solders that most likely have fantasies of doing this here in the States. We have no line on what's considered proper and we hate Muslims so much that we will condone what solders are doing to children. Children that will later on grow up and kill us. I didn't mean to make people think that I believe that gays rape children, they don't. But there are some sick people in the military and this just proves it. I hope that this clears things up.

Our former Vice President is so damn full of himself. Did you hear what he said in that report that came out on the torture that went on. He said that he would do it again. What I want to know is this. Are these solders that did these horrible things doing it over here? Are they molesting children here in the States? That's what I freaking want to know and I demand to know.

Oh but if it was one of their children, they would be demanding it to be closed.

  30. I find this really hard to believe. I know torture happens, but any kind of sexual abuse is not tolerated in the military, even if it is against the "enemies." I got counseled several times for sexual harassment over words that one of my higher ups wasn't pleased with me saying. My First Sergeant also got kicked out of Iraq and was dishonorably discharged over a joke that a female soldier was unhappy with. I know of disgusting torture tactics that happen at Guantanamo, but none of which involve sexual abuse. I can't imagine anyone in the military getting away with such horrible acts. I wouldn't put it past soldiers that this happened, but I doubt it would've been something that they'd get away with so easily. Consensual sexual activity isn't tolerated, let alone forced. I'm not exactly proud to be a member of the military, but I am attached to a medical company that saves the lives of both our troops and the "enemies." We have to fallow a strict protocol when dealing with detainees to ensure that no physical harm comes to them. If this is true, then those soldiers would've faced serious criminal charges.

  31. Ok you could have worded this so much differently.

"These men are pervs and don't even deserve to be called men. Their little pedo's and shouldn't be allowed in the Military"

This sexual orientation of the rapist is moot. Rape is not a crime about sex… it has no sexual preference. GBLT… all of that is irrelevant. The fact that you mentioned sexual orientation is a red flag. Rape is a crime of anger, hate and control. It should be viewed as such by both homosexuals and heterosexuals…. so while I guess I see your statement a little more clearly…. I still don't see the reason why a gay person would view this crime any differently than a straight person…..

    Post a Reply
  32. Terryn D. Strahan I agree with that. I've told people over and over again that all your damn rapist don't care anything about sex, it's about control. And, yes, I will admit that I should of worded it differently. But this article really brought back some bad memories for me. I was exposed to by a child molester, I had a friend that was raped by one, and I just wrote in anger. I don't believe that gays rape boys or girls. I believe that the men that went sent over there raped them. Not all, but some. I believe that people video taped it so that they could have something sick to watch. Once again, sorry about wording it wrong but this just flared up my anger. What I feel really bad for is the solders, both gay and straight, that have this delusion that the military of their parents or grandparents, is wonderful. It's no longer the shining beacon that I heard about growing up.

  41. So i want to comment on the allegation of "US soldiers raping boys in front of mothers" starting at the beginning of how we end up with prisoners in the first place is kind of like police work [which is not a good comparison to make given current events] we do a patrol of an area, search homes/vehicles/people with the assistance of a local for getting around and language translation..i'm not sure if any of you speak Arabic but i only learned a few phrases my self. so that being said the actual interrogations wouldn't really be done by hardly any soldiers in the first place..we were more like the one's to deliver the people to be interrogated. a common scenario would be we would search a home or vehicle at random and find bomb making materials..use a chemical detection swabs on hands of 99.9 percent of the time an adult male..never children or women.. and zip tie his hands, put a bag on his head..take him to hq. if they didn't resist we wouldn't have to use violence..we didn't really have much problems with them resisting honestly when they were caught they all ready knew they were screwed and just went along for the ride. So how are are all these young boys and their mothers getting detained? i don't see it..even in cases where we searched a house and found evidence we wouldn't even pat the women down or point guns at them we'd just snatch the man/men of the house and be on our way..you think those CIA spooks were actually out in the field gathering intel..heck no they were kicked back in their air conditioned trailers having us do all the hazardous stuff they get paid way too much to take those kind of risks. but really i read the whole article but it doesn't actually give any hard data..no video.no actual report..just "i heard a guy who knows a guy say this happened". I'm a US Army veteran..do you think I've been brain washed by the government? or do i sound like a regular guy just like anyone else looking for answers. if you know anyone who's ever been to Iraq ask them how likely it would be that us soldiers were raping young boys in front of their mothers. my answer is not likely at all but don't just take it form me..but don't just take it from John Vibes either.

  45. What If a Police officer only honors the pledge that was made to protect and serve?
    For example
To protect people from theft or violence and getting the dealers off the street that are pushing hardcore drugs.

Would they still have a job if they chose to honor that code?

What about all the made up "laws" that were designed to be broken so fines can be issued in order to bring in revenue for the government?

Don't they have a quota to meet?

I am sure any police officer that has a moral scale of right and wrong or any education can certainly see that it is wrong to fine and imprison someone for not following or agreeing with a "law" that has no victim. A law that was created only to bring in money for the government.

These government created "statutes" are of the worst and most deceitful type.
They come with the camouflage that they are put in place to keep you "safe" like a simple seatbelt ticket or jay-walking, even what time you are aloud out till at night. But take away that camouflage and see that the truth can be worse then you can imagine.

These rather simple "laws" that we have all been brought up to follow are doing far more harm then good. They are taking good citizens at a young age and putting them on the fast track to becoming a hardened criminal.

    How you ask?
Allow me to elaborate on what you should be able to see with your own eyes. You may have not been able to come to this conclusion on your own up to this point because "The eyes cannot see what the mind cannot comprehend." After all the government loves us and would never set us up for failure right?
We have been taught to follow the rules! Not to think about if this "fine" is morally correct or not. Just to shut up and follow the rules and you will be ok in life.
But being thrown in jail for not paying a $80 seatbelt ticket is a far cry from freedom. And I thought we were suppose to be a free country.

These rather simple "laws" that we have all been brought up to follow are doing far more harm then good because..
    For example

Paul a home schooled kid that has not been brought up in the public school system, and is not familiar with the "follow the rules and don't ask questions policy" that our society seemingly embraces gets pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt.
He is a good person morally speaking and according to common law like theft and violence.

He thinks it's a bit obscene that another man can interrupt his ability to travel to work, and fine him more then he will earn that day at work, for not wearing his seatbelt.
Paul is polite and allows the officer to do his job. He reluctantly takes the ticket and is on his way.

Paul does not agree with this man in blue that fined him for something that should be his human right in the first place and has absolutely no victim.
He is young and doesn't have the money, so Paul literally pays the ticket no mind.

Two months pass by. . .
Paul is on his normal routine trying to get to work to make an honest living.
He looks in his rear view mirror, and to his surprise he is being pulled over again. He checks his seatbelt, It's on, must not be getting pulled over for that.

Paul was pulled over because he did not pay the seemingly simple seatbelt ticket he did not agree with.
Since he did not conform and pay the fine. He is now a victim of extortion.
The police suspended his license and the government is now making every effort to get the money they claim he owes them. So they will now put him in jail and get their money another way.

Paul was pulled over a good citizen trying to make his way honestly in the world. Now Paul is going to jail for driving with a suspended license, His American dream is immediately taken from him, because he now has a record.
Which impacts his ability to achieve any goals we are taught through media, And “acceptable society” is the “American dream.” like a doctor, lawyer, pharmacy tech ect..

I feel that blatantly makes Paul a slave to a system. And I don’t understand why people don’t see that? Revenue creating “Statutes” that put innocent non violent people behind bars is WRONG!
If you enforce them you are WRONG, and should feel ashamed. You took an oath to protect and serve, not to fine, capture and jail innocent people.

    Post a Reply
  48. Davis Mullen Of course they would. The CIA destroyed videos of tortures they performed. If the DOD has similar evidence they would happily destroy it or bury it forever in order to protect the institution. Nixon taped conversations in the Oval Office and didn't destroy them during the Watergate investigation, except he did delete an 18-minute conversation on one tape that was crucial evidence. It might be difficult to accept, but this story is very believable and if the behavior of Dick Cheney in the media during recent days is any indication, these atrocities probably did happen.

  51. If anyone is going to take a stand to change things, they need to have a plan. They need to know exactly what is needed and how to effectively replace an unjust system with a just one. Because otherwise we run the risk of the new boss being the same as the old boss, or even worse. I am in favor of reform, not revolution, because I fear what may come out of a power vacuum, and because I prefer specificity to broad, sweeping statements. Emotionally speaking, I'd like to see the whole thing undone so we can have a fresh start and so we can bring justice to these criminals. Emotionally, revolution would feel damn good. But rationally, realistically speaking, I think we need to address specifics and resist the urge to burn things down wholesale, so to speak. And that points to trying to change the rotten bits of the present system, even transform the whole system into something else entirely, rather than destroy it and take our chances with what rises from the ashes.

  58. Davis Mullen No, it takes us back to the probability that the military is sitting on the evidence as it says in the story and as it also says in the story is the reason why "now more than ever, it is important to keep the pressure on and force the release of this evidence, while the torture report is fresh in the minds of the general population."

  60. Aoife Genira The first article regards rape within the military and yes this does happen. It's also a serious crime if it does. We go through at least 5 sexual assault prevention courses every year. There are multiple methods of bringing those people to justice. Here is a sample from the second article that I pulled. "The United States Department of Defense removed seventeen soldiers and officers from duty, and eleven soldiers were charged with dereliction of duty, maltreatment, aggravated assault and battery. Between May 2004 and March 2006, these soldiers were convicted in courts-martial, sentenced to military prison, and dishonorably discharged from service." Any soldier that commits heinous crimes is court-martialed, imprisoned, and discharged. Also, wikipedia is never a good source of information. This is the first paragraph of your 3rd article. "The Mahmudiyah killings were the gang-rape and killing of 14-year-old Iraqi girl Abeer Qassim Hamza al-Janabi by United States Army soldiers on March 12, 2006, and the murder of her family, in a house to the southwest of Yusufiyah, a village to the west of the town of Al-Mahmudiyah, Iraq. Charged with the crimes were five U.S. Army soldiers of the 502nd Infantry Regiment consisting of (I) SGT Paul E. Cortez, (II) SPC James P. Barker, (III) PFC Jesse V. Spielman, (IV) PFC Brian L. Howard, and (V) PFC Steven D. Green, whom the U.S. Army discharged before becoming aware of the crime." Which is just reiterating the fact that people who are found guilty of sexual assault are severely punished. I'm not saying sexual assault doesn't happen but I know soldiers who work in detainment, and they are closely watched to make sure they don't even provoke detainees, let alone rape them.

  61. Robert Donovan No, adults talk to children about Santa Claus. When adults are talking to other adults, as is customary on these blogs, it is assumed that the other adult has actually read the story. Clearly you have not done so even though I even went so far as to quote the salient point. I'll try one last time: "Now, over a decade later the evidence of these events are beginning to surface, but the Department of Defense is still doing their best to keep it under the radar." If it will help, I will try to explain this sentence to you. The evidence exists, it's starting to come out, and the army is still trying to downplay the entire episode. Now do you understand? Probably not.

  62. Reed no evidence is no evidence. Do you understand that? Probably not. With out hard physical evidence and a testimony all of this is rumor and speculation. It's not what you know, it's what you can prove. And unless you've seen the actual written report in person, you probably read it on the internet. And we all know they can't put anything in the internet that isn't true.

Not to diminish the horror of this, the journalism is very irresponsible, leading readers to believe that Hersh's exposure of the story was recent: "Giving a speech at the ACLU last week after the senate torture report was initially released, Hersh gave some insight into what was on the Pentagon’s secret tape." But the ensuing sentence, "In the most revealing portion of his speech he said that:" hyperlinks to a story in Salon from over 10 years ago! Maybe the question remains as to whether the video of this nightmare will come out in the context of the Senate's recent release, but I wouldn't count on it. To my knowledge it hasn't come out yet, and owing to its egregiousness, one would think it would have been mentioned with the other horrors. This news story does a disservice to those seeking the truth.

Oh my God i need to say something: Why always if a man is honest and say:I need nothing more than sex with no strings attached(without spending time with datings, talking and other bullshits) he is seeen as a rapist/or a loser! This is pure crazyness 1.Before starting judge someone :men or women cant be all the same , both man and women have different needings: some want money some, need sexual freeedom, others want love and stable relationship, etc 2. Western women are blessed with freedom of any kind for example: Rights to be elected as a leader, in a democratic way (right to rule a comission, a party or to be elected as a leader of country). Right to be an owner of a thriving bussiness) and so on and then they say i feel opressed just becouse few choise to live in a different way(dating escorts as a hobby ) .If women feel opressed just becouse few men like to date escorts ,then I would like to send these persons to the middle east and learn about true opression of women! I had met many escorts ,and none of them was forced! IT It"s very easy to see the difference between forced prostitution and voluntary sex workers: a)sex workers have the right to choise enter or exit the industry when they want . b) sex workers earn 60% 70% of amount of money for services that they offer.Because they have to pay taxes! Nordic model is a cowardly model invented by nuts feminazis who like to hunt men with pants down and move responsability of cops who are pay with public founds to prevent human trafficking and blame clients for their failure(of cops ) IF do you want less persons trafficked look at New Zeeland and Australia, Sweterland,Austria ,Taiwan Singapore, etc. This cunt of us are like coword cop are real predators not sex workers or their client

  128. You know I read these supposed stories and one question comes to mind. Who are these soldiers that are supposed to be doing this because I have never met one nor anyone I know that would even think about or contemplate doing anything like this… even if so ordered. And of everyone I have ever known or met in the military, I am willing to bet they would also react to such actions just as I would.. they would stop it right then and there and it would NOT be allowed to happen.

Now, if this stuff has happened and does happen and there is proof of it, then what needs to happen next is that ANYONE involved even if they just stood there and watched, should be court martialed and dishonorably discharged, NO exceptions. This is includes any officers in that chain who gave the orders or even knew about them. This includes someone that may know about it but did not participate… yet did nothing to stop it either.

There is NO REASON and NO EXCUSE for this kind of behavior NOR for standing by and doing nothing to stop it REGARDLESS of the reason for it being done. While I have no issue with pain being used to get someone to talk as well as other forms of coercion in cases where information is critically needed, doing so in a manner that is beyond moral is not acceptable. I don't care if the person knows the location of a nuke about to go off. While some over the top things may take place in that kind of immediate situation where say the disclosure of a nuke about to detonate is paramount to save millions, there is a huge difference between something like that and what this article describes. This kind of stuff as explained in this article is way beyond anything acceptable as NORMAL way of doing things.

Any military person can and MUST refuse ANY order that is illegal… and anyone that was part of this or had knowledge of it then is and should be held accountable because they had that very option.. to stand up and honor the uniform they wear by saying NO and reporting it immediately to those that would have stopped it cold.
